Pioneers at St Mary’s
Prepare to have fun! Pioneers is for school years 7-10 and Junior Pioneers for school years 3-6. Both groups have a similar format – games, music, Bible study and discussion – but with teaching materials suited to the different age groups.
Both groups are also involved in the usual Pioneers extra activities – like going on outings to Thorpe Park & Chessington, watching videos and taking part in Youth Services.
The first meeting of the Autumn term for Pioneers and Junior Pioneers is on Sunday 12th September from 5:00 to 6:30pm in St Mary’s Church Hall.

Youth Alpha
Our next Youth Alpha course starts in January 2011

Youth Bible Study
Youth Bible Study meets on Tuesdays from 7:30pm-9:30pm during term time.
This group is for 13-18 year olds and provides an opportunity for Bible reading, study, discussion, prayer, fellowship and fun in a smaller group.
This term we will be doing an overview of the Bible, looking at the different types of writing and how it fits together. Also, we will be looking at the evidence for the Bible, its relevance to life today and how we can answer questions from our non-Christian friends.

Youth Fellowship
St Mary’s and St John’s Youth Fellowship meets every Sunday evening between 8-10pm at St Mary’s church hall.
We have a range of activities, games, guest leaders, trips plus evenings lead by the members themselves.
We welcome anyone provided you are aged 13-18. If you are a bit older than this why don’t you consider volunteering to help out?
